Using Our Directory
1. Directory role
ResidentialCleaningNearMe.com is an independent informational directory operated by Count Profit LLC. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee residential cleaning services. Agreements for cleaning, access, scheduling, products, pricing, and disputes are between customers and their chosen providers.
2. Accurate listings and authorized use
Submit accurate information and only media you own or have permission to use. Do not misrepresent identity, qualifications, insurance, service areas, ownership, or results. A request to claim a listing does not grant control until the required ownership checks pass. Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, or expose another person’s private information.
3. Listing plans and recurring billing
Basic and Featured listing benefits and current USD directory fees appear on Get Listed and in checkout. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually. Billing begins when payment succeeds and continues at the selected interval until canceled, including while a profile is incomplete. Applicable taxes, if enabled, are disclosed before payment. Directory fees are separate from any cleaning-service charges.
4. Publication and plan benefits
A paid listing is published only after required server-confirmed payment, email verification, and profile-completion conditions are met. Basic includes the stated public profile features and up to six provider photos. Featured adds a Featured badge, priority placement, homepage exposure, and eligible 728×90 and 300×250 advertising placements. Paid placement does not verify qualifications or guarantee impressions, leads, bookings, or search rankings.
5. Cancellation and billing management
Use the signed-in billing tools to view invoices, manage payment details, and request cancellation of future renewals. Unless checkout specifies otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period; confirm the effective date shown for your subscription. Contact for billing errors or refund questions. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Advertisements and photographs
Featured advertising requires suitable creative, destination links, and review before activation. Eligible campaigns may rotate; exposure is not guaranteed. You must have permission for submitted logos and photographs. General directory artwork is illustrative and is not evidence of a listed provider’s actual work.
7. Availability and account responsibility
Keep account access secure and report suspected misuse. We may moderate, suspend, or remove inaccurate, unsafe, or noncompliant material and restrict access where needed. Information and services can change, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We do not acquire ownership of a provider’s business through a listing.
8. Limits and updates
Use the directory with independent judgment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Count Profit LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, suitability, or outcomes of third-party services. We are not a party to customer-provider agreements. Terms may be updated for future use; material billing changes should be disclosed before they apply. Contact with questions.
