Understanding Directory Listings
1. Independent information, not a cleaning service
ResidentialCleaningNearMe.com helps people discover residential cleaning businesses and individual cleaners in the United States and Canada. Count Profit LLC operates the directory but does not deliver or supervise their work.
2. No endorsement or verification guarantee
A listing, claim status, logo, Basic plan, Featured badge, or advertisement does not certify ownership, staff screening, training, insurance, bonding, licensing, safety practices, availability, or service quality. Confirm material claims directly with the provider and relevant independent sources.
3. Confirm the service scope
Agree on rooms, tasks, products, access arrangements, pets, material-care instructions, price, taxes, cancellation rules, and handling of concerns. Check whether appliance interiors, laundry, windows, high areas, moving furniture, or other add-ons are included. Specialist contamination, pest, mold, hazardous-waste, or restoration work may fall outside ordinary residential cleaning.
4. Accuracy and imported information
Business information can become outdated or contain errors. Imported data is not evidence of ownership, paid status, qualifications, or consent to marketing. Administrative review is limited to directory publication and is not an inspection of a cleaner’s work or practices. Report inaccurate information through Contact so it can be reviewed.
5. General educational content
Guides provide general planning information, not individualized health, legal, material-restoration, or professional advice. Follow product labels and appropriate surface-care instructions. No article guarantees a cleaning result, price, booking, deposit refund, or health outcome.
6. Paid placements and media
Featured placements and advertisements identify visibility, not superior qualifications. Rotation does not guarantee impressions or leads. Provider photographs must be authorized; directory hero and guide imagery is illustrative and does not represent a real listed provider’s completed work.
7. External services and disputes
We do not control external websites, business availability, service agreements, or third-party privacy practices. Contact your provider directly about cleaning performance, access, property damage, cancellations, or disputes. Contact about directory listings, corrections, advertising, or directory billing.
8. Changes and contact
The directory may edit, suspend, or remove information and update this disclaimer. Such actions do not necessarily imply a finding about a business’s legitimacy. Contact Count Profit LLC at with directory questions.
